Evatron Plastic Enclosures Ltd are proud to offer a range of customisable Aluminium Extrusions. The UNI extrusion range is an enclosure kit made up of 6 parts. The side extrusions have a fixed dimension (available in three heights) to determine the height of the enclosure but the base, lid, front and rear panels are fully customisable allowing you to create a custom aluminium extrusion to suit your exact size requirements.
We recently supplied some custom UNI enclosures to Batt Country who needed a 2U half rack style enclosure for their Uninterrupted Power Switching Distribution Unit, the UNI aluminium extrusions were perfectly suited. They opted to utilise the complete customisation service we offer including having them anodised black, punched holes on the front and rear panels, ventilation holes added on the top panel, mounting bosses added to the internal area of the base panel and completed with their striking digitally printed artwork. The enclosure allowed them to seamlessly mount their components including mains input, customisable 12v outputs and kill switches.
The design of these enclosures fully allows you to produce an enclosure that is perfectly sized for your application and the components you need to house eliminating the need to compromise and sometimes make do with an enclosure that isn’t quite perfect.
