What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is charged at £10.75 for the first carton with an additional £5 for each subsequent carton. We also offer customers the option of upgrading to pre 12 delivery for time critical orders.

International customers are charged depending on the size of the order and delivery country. Your shipping price will be calculated once items are added to the cart and the destination has been set.

When will my order be despatched?

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 3pm the same day unless you tell us otherwise. In the unlikely event we cannot despatch your order one of our sales team will contact you with an update.

Can I collect my order?

We understand that you may wish to use your own courier to collect direct from our warehouse. Please contact us on 01908 325100 or email and we are happy to arrange this for you.

Do you have distributors?

Yes, please take a look at our distributor page to find your preferred distributor.

Do you have MOQ’s?

We do not have minimum order quantity or value, you can order as much or as little as you need.

Do you offer customisation service?

We offer a wide range of customisation services including machining, screen printing and RFI shielding. We also offer a custom moulding service for bespoke projects, contact for more information.

Do you offer credit account?

Yes. We offer credit accounts to our customers, please email to request an application form. Once the completed form is received we can open the account for immediate use.

How do I view my invoice?

Our invoices are sent via email at the end of each day in PDF format, if you have not received your invoice please email with your order details, our accounts team will be happy to supply a copy invoice.

My online order failed, how can I report a problem?

In the unlikely event you are unable to checkout online please contact us by phone 01908 325100 or email we are happy to troubleshoot the problem and offer alternative order methods.

I have not received my order, how can I track my shipment?

Please give us a call on 01908 325100 or email with the details of your order. One of our team will provide an order update and tracking details.

Can I pay in Euros or USD currency?

Currently we only accept payment in GBP. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards online and over the phone – call +44 (0)1908 325100, or you can pay by bank transfer.
