The ERB72B is a protective rubber boot designed to protect our EL handheld enclosures. The enclosure boot is designed to encapsulate the enclosure increasing its protection against impact when the unit is dropped or struck. The bright colour increases visibility of the unit preventing loss and accidental damage in busy environments.
EL Enclosure Range
The EL Series of handheld enclosure is moulded in ABS and also PMMA material. The low profile make this handheld enclosure easy to handle and the user should have no issue accessing all available controls using one hand.
The case features a battery compartment for housing either 2 x AA batteries or 1 x 9V, a recess in the lid to accommodate membranes and control pads and PCB mounts in both the lid and base. An optional sealing gasket is available to achieve IP65 rating helping to prevent water and dust ingress.
