Step One – Consultation & Drawings

Speak with our knowledgeable team about your design, drawings, and preferences. Once confirmed, we will provide details on MOQ, costs, and lead times.

Step Two – Prototype

After final drawings and order confirmation, our manufacturing team will create the tool for your custom-moulded enclosure. A small production run will then be completed to test efficiency, with samples supplied for your approval.

Step Three – Production

Once approved, we proceed with the full production run. Quality checks are carried out throughout the moulding process to ensure compliance with your specifications.

Step Four – Further Modifications

Step Five – Delivery & Aftercare

Your custom-moulded enclosures are securely packed and dispatched for delivery. As technology evolves, you may need further modifications – our CNC machining service can adapt existing enclosures by adding holes or making other refinements as required. Find out more about machined enclosures.
